Permanently Hide Various Settings in Gutenberg Block Editor

There are some settings in Gutenberg block editor that you want to hide. You can hide some things out of the box in Gutenberg options/settings, but those function by using cookies. Once your cookies are cleared, the options get reset and you are back where you were at the beginning of your problem. That also brings back the Gutenberg welcome popup. Of course, for your own use case, you can live with settings being stored in cookies, but what about your clients? You certainly don't want to depend on some cookies to store your settings, especially when cookies are stored in each device separately. So whatever changes you make, your clients will have default settings in Gutenberg for each of their devices. In this video I show you how to hide various settings in Gutenberg block editor permanently. Even those that you normally cannot touch with native Gutenberg options and also those that some block plugins or themes might bring in.
