You will need:
1/2 sheet Frangipane
4-5 oz Baker's Jam
8 oz Marzipan
1# 8 oz Confectionery Fondant
Confectioner's Glaze
1#8 Confectioner's Fondant
2oz Water
2oz Sugar
Flavoring to taste
Make a simple syrup from the water and sugar by heating them just till dissolved and flavoring to taste. Add to a medium metal or glass bowl the confectioner's fondant and simple syrup. Heat over a double boiler till 95-100F. Be sure to maintain this temperature range. Overheating will cause a dingy matte color and using too cold will give you a very thick sloppy coating.
