PG Olean: 2014

2014 was, I think, the last season Olean used a steam loco in regular service. In this video it takes empties out in the morning and the next afternoon a loaded train back to the mill. The loaded train was delayed by a group of Japanese photographers for obligatory sunset shots but once they'd left, after the sun had gone down, I got quite a pleasing shot of the train getting underway. In between the steam sequences there's a train of empty loris hauled by a diesel with no number and a cane train hauled by No3. I think the unnumbered loco was part of the Olean fleet whilst No3 was on loan from Asembagus. There's another video from my 2014 Olean visit also on YouTube.
