Description In this video, we continue Phase 4 of the Maxis Web System training, focusing on the Summary tab inside the Quotation Module. The Summary tab is the final control point of the quotation, where all costs, selling prices, and profits are calculated and displayed based on the selected hotel option and group categories. It provides a complete overview of how pricing is built across all services in the itinerary. In this tutorial, we explain how the system calculates pricing per person and per group, including hotel costs, meals, transportation, guides, entrances, extras, and excursions. We also demonstrate how the Free Pax Cost is calculated and distributed across the group based on hotel free policies. Additionally, we show how to analyze detailed cost breakdowns, assign fixed profit amounts per group category, and understand the final output fields such as average profit percentage, selling price, and net profit. Understanding the Summary tab is essential to validate pricing accuracy and ensure the final quotation reflects the correct financial structure.
