Phase 5 Construction Administration

During construction, we remain at your service and are completely accessible to your builder on an as-needed basis. We believe in a team-oriented approach during construction, and will do what we can to help your builder keep the project moving, while protecting your financial interests and the integrity of our design. For Silver projects and up, we will visit your site during construction at appropriate stages to review job progress, and create a list of items requiring GC attention. At least 2 site visits are included (4 for Gold projects) in our fixed fee; additional owner or contractor requested construction site visits would be billed to you on an hourly basis. For all levels of service, any other RFIs by your builder that we can answer without leaving our office will be answered in writing as part of our fixed fee. For Platinum clients who require a premium level of service, we can also attend weekly job site meetings, certify contractor requests for payment, and provide monthly “punch lists” for contractor review and action. We’ve normally done this higher level of construction review for clients who are living out of the area during construction. Although your GC will be the one running the show, we are also here to support you until move-in day!
