this is after the charecter update second time ive had a raiju and same thing happened previous time. before update lights would flicker often but randomly for a few seconds and not all the lights like this may be a glitch in their program or if they mean it to be like this but makes it way to easy to identify with out finding the ghost room or getting any evidence.
