Continuing my look into Star Trek Technology, this time I thought we should look just at how Photon and Quantum torpedoes work, and I was not ready. Quantums are named for the space-time bending effect and the energy being drawn from a cosmic zero point vacuum state.
Photons are so much more simple, just a matter, antimatter reaction chamber on thrusters.
