PHP Contact Form with PDF attachment sent using PHP Mailer

The first tutorial explains how to create a PDF in PHP using data submitted from a contact form. The PDF is output to the browser. Now, we're going to extend it so the form is a contact form emailed using PHP Mailer and then attach the PDF to the email instead.
