This video shows a walkthrough of my newest Physics Unit (Option G: EM Waves). I have recently studied constructive alignment, an idea from educational researcher John Biggs, where you carefully align what he calls Intended Learning Outcomes (ILO) to Teaching and Learning Activities (TLA) and on to Assessment. In many curricula, teachers are largely given the ILOs and Assessments and have to bridge the gap. The unit has been a trial of how well Biggs' ideas may work on a practical scale.
