In this hands-on tutorial, we’ll guide you through using different PI System components to apply Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) strategies to a set of pumps, resulting in a dashboard highlighting pumps in need of attention. During the process you’ll design a model for a pump, add analytics, then use the model to create a dashboard. We'll also cover next steps, including integrating the solution with Asset Management Systems.
Unfortunately the simulation environment we used in this tutorial is no longer available, but the content of this tutorial will still be very applicable to production systems out in the real world.
