An oil painting which is making use of dream elements. There are certain compositional decisions built from memories of dreams which (either intuitively or consciously) are utilized throughout this painting. It is a means to construct, not necessarily what a dream looks like but rather feelings/impressions involved when in a dream. The painting is also depicting a scene with figures. I let my intuition guide the scene's construction, so no forethought went into what the scene may or may not be about. This ties into the surrealists' investigations into the unconscious mind.
