Pineapple Empanaditas

Empanaditas are small bite-size empanadas. They can be sweet or savory but the usual empanaditas are sweet. They are nice for dessert buffets and afternoon merienda. In this tutorial I am making a favorite – pineapple empanaditas. You can also use other fillings like buko or ube, etc. You can either fry or bake these empanaditas. I prefer to fry them because they are faster but they will keep longer if you bake them. I have to admit that the fried ones are more sinfully delicious! I have many recipes to share with you.
