1 and 1/2 sticks salted butter(3/4 cup)
4 oz cream cheese
1 and 1/2 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 and 1/2 cup self rising flour
In a 9 x 13” baking dish add:
1 20 oz can sliced pineapple
3/4 cup brown sugar
10 cherries (no stem)
Pour cake batter on top.
Bake on 350° for roughly 1 hour
