Ingredients:
- 125 gr Raw Pistachios, unsalted & shelled
- 175 gr Plain / All-Purpose Flour
-100 gr Powdered Sugar or icing sugar
- 1 pinch Fine Table Salt
- 150 gr Unsalted Butter, very cold, cubed
- 1 large Egg Yolk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest - optional
