Another short video showing a Planche with the fingers pointing backwards. I have been struggling with this variation for a long time, because the biceps and elbow is in a very disadvantaged position. I've started to do a lot more biceps work so I'm starting to see some progress. Also, don't worry if you haven't got access to a gym; a park or playground has everything you could possibly need!
