This video was initially posted to show the error to other people who might help me that's why there is no actual content :-) . After a few weeks I was lucky enough to have another functioning TV I could take boards from for testing. Against all odds this was caused by a defective Y-buffer board. See more info here:

I wasn`t able to find any obviously defective component on the board though, but replacing the buffer board solved the problem
