In this video, I demonstrate the design and simulation of a basic pneumatic system using FluidSIM 6 to control the automatic door mechanism of a public transport vehicle. The system is operated using two push-button switches—ON and OFF. Pressing the ON button activates the pneumatic actuator to open the door, while pressing the OFF button retracts the actuator to close the door. This simulation illustrates the use of directional control valves, a double-acting cylinder, and appropriate logic to achieve safe and efficient door operation.
