Hello! This is another unscripted video, and i’ll be posting the second part tomorrow. I hope you’re all doing well. I realize that i often begin videos sounding pretty monotonous but then as the video goes on it’s like i have some life in me. I do sometimes feel less confident about posting but the thought that this could help somebody is what keeps me driven. We can always help someone, whether that be others or ourselves. I’ve been doing pretty okay to be honest but at the same time I am definitely healthy. I’ve been coming to understand my self to a greater extent and learning to treat myself like a human being.
