Every Thursday in the Poetry & Prompts livestream we pause together for thirty minutes of listening, reflection, and creative expression. I read poems aloud, share stories and context behind them, and offer writing prompts inspired by the words we hear. This is not a lecture and it is not a class. It is a creative gathering place. During our time together you may: • Listen to poetry read aloud • Reflect on the meaning and imagery of the poems • Respond to writing prompts in real time • Share thoughts in the chat and connect with other people in the chat. • Discover new poets and revisit beloved voices You are welcome to simply listen.
