Polar alignment without seeing the celestial pole using the CCDCiel program

CCDCiel is an image aquisition program for taking astronomical images. In this video it is demonstrated how to polar align a mount without seeing the celestial pole using CCDCiel (v2022). The sky and polar alignment error are simulated using the "The sky simulator for ASCOM" in Alpaca mode. The Alpaca interface allow fast image download.
