Hey everyone! Today's video will focus on strengthening your regular (baseball) grip. Training your grip to be as strong as you are is very important for safety and proper form. It also decreases your need for using grip aids, thereby saving you $$$ These are my top 3 exercises to do on the pole in order to increase your grip strength. You don't have to be a beginner for these to be effective! They will be helpful regardless of level...just increase the time in which you hold them, and the repetitions that you do ;)
