Pollution

My original song Pollution that I wrote during a period of deep depression last year. Yes I made myself cry whilst recording this I always do when I sing this song. Apologies for the dogs barking in the background near the end. Lyrics are below The alcohol hits my system and it feels like floating. Can't hardly think of what the problem was beforehand. All those bad thoughts just fade into the distance. The hit wears off and they're back again. Feeling like I can't break through to the surface. It's not fight or flight any more it’s like a gun or a knife. Don't ask if I'll sink or swim, I'm already drowning. Inhale the smoke it fills my lungs feels strangely like healing. Almost forgot what it felt like to smile now I'm laughing nonstop. What was the problem again? I, I can't remember. The hit wears off and they're back again.
