Error: Missing Files, Config Reverted
Get into Admin settings menu: default password is 456
DHCP Menu: Custom + Opt.66
Server Type: HTTP
Server Address: voipt2.polycom.com/404
Reboot phone and press cancel / start at the countdown. If you do not see cancel, it may not be needed. However the should take 5-10 minutes to fully update. If it does not go through this process, no changes may have occurred.
Once it updates change the information to the server requirements of your VOIP. In my example Ringcentral.

Server Type: HTTPS
Server Address: pp.ringcentral.com/pp
Repeat reboot steps above, make sure the phone downloads / installs / unpacks the new firmware. If it does not go through this process nothing will have changed from the previous step.
Once it comes back up, if it is added to the Ringcentral portal the phone will work perfectly without the missing files error.
This was tested on multiple Polycom IP6000 Conference Phones.
