Use polymer clay to cover and decorate dollar store eggs. In this video I used genesis heat set medium which has been discontinued. You can use liquid clay instead.
Supply list:
plastic eggs
premo clay: scrap clay & gold
(optional: cane patterns, transfer images)
acrylic or oil paint: burnt umber, alizarin crimson, titan buff
liquid clay or genesis heat set medium
paper towel
spray water
heat gun (optional)
decorative stamps:
small pattern for 1st layer,
larger pattern for decorative elements
scissors, straight blade, xacto knife
aluminum foil (for baking)
sculpting tools: ball stylus, clay shaper, pointy tool
acrylic blcok
paintbrush or toothbrush
TIP: to remove oil paint from your fingers, use dawn dishwashing liquid.
