It's the old Leonardo da Vinci quote: "Art is never finished, only abandoned." So I guess prolific artists are just REALLY good at giving up. That said, I'm so happy with how this song turned out...I love the chord progression in the verse. I'm happy with the bass line I wrote and how it plays with the vocal melody and harmonies. Jack used completely new plugins and mixing techniques, so the bass and drums sound really unique. And can I just say...Brian on guitar. Holy shit. That guitar part MAKES the song.
