I have a 5 year old Jandy Pro Series Tru Clear salt water pool chlorinator and over time it has become impossible to read the LCD display. It's covered in a haze and appears to have moisture inside. After some trial and error, I discovered that the LCD display is molded into the hard cover and CANNOT be accessed from inside the cover. To access the LCD display, you need to carefully peel back the sticky "label" on the front of the cover and ensure that you do not disturb or damage the ribbon cable that runs to the control buttons embedded in the label itself. I was able to access the hard plastic clear cover to the LCD and wipe off the moisture, but the window section of the label was so weather damaged that I also had to cut that "window" out of the label in order to be able to read the LCD. I did all of this to see if I could avoid purchasing a replacement unit cover which was listed at over $340.
