Place an ob anywhere along the line between the footspot and the middle diamond on the end rail. Place the cb at least 10 inches or more from the ob and line the balls (center to center) straight to the 3/4 diamond mark as indicated by the chess piece in the video. This is a 5/8 shot, meaning you aim through the center of the cb so that your tip is aimed to be flush inside the right edge of the ob. In other words, the right side of the ferrule will be aimed or aligned with the edge of the ob. Any ball placed on this line from the spot to the end rail, when the cb and ob are aligned straight to the 3/4 diamond, can be pocketed using a 5/8. Here is an excellent video submitted by a fellow YouTuber, Matty in Nati (Matt in Cincinnati), that shows a great way to practice fractional aiming for Poolology users or fractional aiming in general. He has some great advice on how to simplify the system. He also has a very good bank system video. Check it out and SUBSCRIBE to his channel! https://m.youtube.com/watch?t=3s&v=WoCFDMKj1eE#menu
