Android is a great mobile OS, but private... it is not. In this tutorial I show you how you can replace the stock Android on your tablet with /e/OS: a fully de-googled version of Android, which nevertheless retains compatibility with most of your apps. If you don't have a Samsung Galaxy S6 Lite like I used in this video, you may still find this useful, as the process is quite similar for other tablets, especially Samsung ones.
