In this weeks Excel tutorial I am showing you how to easily track and visualize a portfolio. The focus in this episode of the two-part series is the organization of the data and some simple calculations. We go over profit, value, asset weights as well as graphing the diversification and the profit/loss per asset in a simple fashion.
In the next episode, I will write a simple VBA-script that will help to ease the tracking of the portfolio's value over the long-term.
