Post HSCT - MRI Update Update

I spoke to soon, and I apologize for any distress it may have caused... To the people that care for me. To those that have been following my story from the beginning. To anyone that is considering HSCT and has doubts. My MS has been halted and I'm again SO thankful. I was watching videos from my time in Russia last night and feeling ashamed that I would even let a doctor other than Dr. Fedorenko convince me of anything regarding my health. I think my biggest hurdle right now is overcoming the "disability brain" that I've acquired. The tendency to accept the negative because that is what has been thrown at me for so long. But the email from Dr. F. goes a long way in helping me do that. It proves difficult to hold onto the serenity and sense of well being that you get from being in the Pirogov hospital and going through the process of HSCT. I thought that I was keeping it with me but this shows me that I'm letting "how things were" take over a little more than I wanted to admit. I have now decided that I will probably not get another MRI in the future unless I'm getting worse or unless I'm in Russia and getting it at Pirogov. It only causes undue stress and apparently images are open to interpretation, which makes them pretty useless if you ask me. I AM MS FREE!! And don't you forget it! (I say to myself lol)
