Postgres Connection Pooling with PgDog & PgCat

Lev Kokotov will be at the April meetup to talk about his work with the connection pooler PgCat and its new successor project PgDog (https://pgdog.dev/). PgCat/PgDog are open-source alternatives to the popular connection pooler project, pgBouncer. Lev will talk about these projects, his motivations for building them, and notes about implementation in your own projects. We'll have a 30 minute presentation from Lev and then open discussion connection pooling.
