USP alcohol 80 mL
Simple Syrup qs 480 mL
M & Ft. Flavored syrup
Dispense 60 mL
Procedure
1.Weigh out proper quantity (________ g) of potassium chloride.
2.Place the calculated ml of water in a beaker and add KCl in aliquots. Stir until KCl is completely dissolved.
3.Add approximately _________ mL of simple syrup and stir until clear.
4.Add alcohol and stir until clear.
5.Place 5-6 drops of flavor.
6.Make up the final volume with simple syrup, place in bottle and label. Note: place remaining syrup in a 60 mL bottle and label.
