Heys guys! Since halloween is just a few weeks away I wanted to kick off the halloween content with this potion bottle cake!

Chocolate Ganache Recipe (3:1 ratio)
3 oz milk chocolate
1 oz heavy cream
Instructions:
1. pour cold heavy cream over milk chocolate in a microwave safe bowl
2. heat for 45 seconds, then stir. If your chocolate isn't completely melted, reheat in 15 second intervals until it is completely melted
3. cover with plastic wrap and put to the side to let it cool for a but before using it on your cake!
