The PPD-1000 tray denester is designed to place a variety of different size and shaped trays and clamshell packs onto a production conveyor or machine infeed. It can be programmed to drop a tray each time a conveyor flight is detected or a timed drop. It is capable of denesting trays up to 100mm deep and 250mm(h) x 330mm(w) and speeds up to 60 cycles per minute. We can customize the denester to suit your requirements, including multiple magazines, servo motor drive, pneumatic retain / release fingers, wash-down construction etc. We can also supply a tray auto-loader to increase the time between fills.
