Step by step guide
Step 1: Create Main table
Insert -- table (1 X 1)
Step 2: Give background color to table
double left click of mouse
or
right click and select table or cell properties option
step 3:Add image and text for header look
For insert image
insert --- image(select any image you want)
check on don't used alternate option of image and also
set size of image 25% and 100%height
step 4:Add another table
insert -- table(2 X 2)
step 5:Give text color
format -- textcolor -- give any color
step 6:Add another table for menu
step 7: Add table 3 X 3 for final image
step 8: Add image with description and that is.
