Exodus 34:1-3
This is the way Jewish boys learn to read the Torah for their Bar Mitzvah. The teacher first names the cantillation marks and chants each one until he arrives at a disjunctive cantillation mark. He then returns to the words of the text and chants them with cantillation.
The method of the teacher allows the student to replicate correct Hebrew orally, not just understand it.
