Chrissy's praying mantis egg pod hatched today. We have hundreds of tiny praying mantises crawling around inside the mantis pagoda. Last year's pod was a dud, and this year's pod has hung in the pagoda for a few weeks, so it was kind of surprising to see it hatch today. It's creepy, seriously making my skin crawl watching them.
