Prefabricated Modular Data Center | Full Turnkey solution

Delivering scalable data center capacity requires precision engineering and integrated design. IPT PowerTech recently deployed a prefabricated Tier II data center for our client in KSA, Dammam, designed to support growing digital demand with efficiency and reliability. The facility consists of 6 modular units, each supporting high-density rack configurations, with a total IT load capacity of 280 kW. The power architecture integrates a 1.5 MVA transformer, 900 kVA generators, UPS systems, and Delta DC power solutions, ensuring stable and continuous operations. Cooling is managed through STULZ precision systems, while NOVEC 1230 fire suppression, biometric security, and real-time monitoring systems ensure safety and operational control. This project highlights the value of prefabricated modular infrastructure—enabling faster deployment, scalability, and optimized performance. IPT PowerTech continues to deliver data center solutions that support the evolution of telecom and digital ecosystems.
