This one pairs rising producer Sirius Topic and label founder Javas and is a focused yet flexible dive into dubby and economical deep house. ‘Parsec’ opens in a reflective mood, drawing on Detroit-influenced melancholy and restrained minimalism with bendy acid undulations. The mood builds on ‘Sellerhausen’, where distant solar pads and reflective chords have you gazing off into the distance. ‘Navigation’ is a lush, soft-edged blend of bright synth smears, hooky little melodies and elegantly deep grooves. ‘Mindset’ has a bubbly rhythm and wispy, whimsical melodic motifs that bring a playful soul.
