Preview: LTC Timecode Setup on Eos Nomad

Getting this out prematurely in draft form as a few people asked for it. This is a setup from Eos Nomad on PC for receiving timecode via SMPTE LTC audio files to drive Show Control in Eos for time synchronized lighting.
