Holmarc's probe station microscope is equipped with infinity corrected optical system for viewing and placement of the probe tips on the sample contacts. The apochromatic long working distance objective with high correction yields extremely high-quality images. The plan for working great distances Viewing many layered samples is made possible by apochromat objectives. HO-PSM series microscopes have a quadruple rotating nosepiece (4-lens changeover turret) with a parfocal distance of 95mm and an objective attachment thread of M26 X 0.706. There is a white LED that is extremely bright and has an intensity adjustment feature for both angled and episcopically illuminated areas.
