Problem 5.12 | Introduction to Electrodynamics (Griffiths)

Like 5.11, I'm going to use the Biot-Savart Law for surface currents because I think it's good practice to see how all the mathematics work out in a practical situation. The method recommended by Griffiths is just as valid though it is rather trivial process and not very enlightening.
