I have been having issue after issue with Project e38 lately. It all started with the windshield wiper issues. That all lead to me swapping out the general module. That sure opened up a can of worms for me. For whatever reason, something I must have done or maybe even nothing at all from what Im hearing about this car triggered the EWS system to lock me out. Now the car wont start. Its been stuck in the garage for days.
Ive been doing some research on ways to fix the issue. I believe an EWS DME sync would solve the issue. Its actually an issue that occurs here and there. Simple fix that can be performed with software. I am dealing with trying to learn the ins and outs of software and installation issues when it comes to Bimmers.
Eventually I will sort all of this out Im sure. Its just frustrating at the moment.
