The Process Capability Analysis Statlet compares the distribution of a set of n observations to one or two-sided specification limits. It estimates capability indices, including Cp, Cpk, K, and DPM. The analysis may be based on any of 21 probability distributions. Power transformations may also be applied to normalize skewed data. The procedure also calculates statistical tolerance limits and tolerance bounds and compares them to the specification limits.
