Process Capablity Part II - Cp & Cpk

In this video we do a quick recap of Process Capability Ratio Cp, and discuss its limitations. This leads us to look for an index which takes the process mean into account, here we introduce the Process Capability Index Cpk. We interpret the meaning of different values that Cpk can attain.
