Doctor Plague explains how he programs AVR microcontrollers. He shows how to make a programming header, builds a simple circuit, writes some simple code to program into the AVR, and shows how to simulate the code in the Atmel Studio IDE. ERRATA: At about 16:12 I mentioned changing the code such that the signal toggles every clock cycle, I meant to say every other clock cycle (the 'rjmp' instruction takes 2 clock cycles to execute).
