First we make this into an official html document with !DOCTYPE html and html lang="en-US, head and body tags.
Then we add IDs to Biography and Projects heads, and an unordered list of tags that create a navigation for the page.
Then we add web links for telephone, email and web pages. Finally we add revised time tags for Time Datetime=" " — but they are still not fully correct here for the range dates.
