Project Video for ACES Project 3.1: The CharlieClock
The purpose of this project is to understand the concept of charlieplexing, a method of controlling many outputs with minimal inputs. It is also a more customizable project than most, expecting innovation in all three domains of the ACES program (hardware, software, and design).
The final product created is a digital clock which resembles an analog one, displaying the hour, minute, and second “hands” on rings of LEDs.
