Project GenYsis Issue 1 - By Hell's Law

It's been nearly a year since the end of the Reaper war. A year since Commander Shepard broke free of Reaper indoctrination and activated the Crucible. But a new threat looms on the horizon, one unlike any Shepard has seen before. His only hope is to put together a team the likes of which no universe has seen. But by Hell's Law, since the Dark Lord has been defeated in ritual combat, all demons outside the Realm should be destroyed. Note: While there are some elements that will be changed for the sake of story, this is meant to be as faithful to games' canon as possible. Trivia: Geralt's dossier had mentioned he kills dragons. This is a mistake on the original Shadow Broker's part. Witchers, especially Geralt, do not kill dragons. The creature in question is actually a draconid, often mistaken to be dragons. And being the receiver of third hand information from another dimension, the Shadow Broker has made that mistake. Geralt has defeated a dragon in combat. He just doesn't hunt them. Trivia: Despite its heavenly appearance: Urdak is not true heaven. The Makyrs certainly pose as angels and heavenly deities. However, they are not angels and Urdak is not heaven. In contrast, Hell is true hell. There is only one Hell and its inhabitants are true demons. Trivia: While definitely part science fiction, NieR Automata also is part magic. The world did exist in a quasi-medieval state and used magic to supplement their technological shortcomings. However, after several thousand years, the technology has evolved and incorporated magic into its functions. You can see angelic scriptures and magic circles in many actions. By this point, science and magic have become intertwined and near indistinguishable.
