This is week one of something I am calling Project Soul. It’s been years in incoherent preparation but it is time to finally take the steps in bringing this to life. I’ve been on this spiritual journey a long time but have not been entirely honest with myself and grounder in my practice. This is me documenting my journey from my lower self to my higher Self, including techniques, strategies and experiences to feel truly alive, connected and full of love.
